1.  We NEED People!!

We definately need more consistent players.  We have just started a revival process.  I am personally working to get all of you to join the forums to build a community http://www.metasquares.com/yabbse or <a href=http://www.metasquares.com/yabbse>Click Here</a>.  This community is very important.  We feel as though it will help us keep a connection to everyone.  I am also trying to get more banners and buttons for you to link back to metasquares.  If you have any banners or buttons or any sort of graphic that people may use to link to metasquares.com, we would be happy to display it in the "Link To Us" page.  If you have a website please consider putting a button/banner/text link on it for us.  If you have a newsletter/ezine, we would appreciate it greatly if we could write an article or an advertisement in it.  Although we are asking for these types of advertising, the BEST way to get people, is by word of mouth.  We want everyone to look at the AIM/ICQ/MSN/YIM/email list and think of who they can ask to join them in a game.  We just ask that you don't spam anyone :)  If you can come into the game just once a week for 30 minutes and just spend some time, it will show that we actually have people who want to play.  If everyone does this, you are bound to find several people to play with!

Thank you for your assistance.  I hope this helps get the active player list higher.  If it doesn't, we really need to try new things.  The game is starting to lack in the community aspect, while the actual game is getting better and better.

3. NEWS FLASH!: Metazine Revival Time
<BR>

On a new mission to get metasquares and metasquarer revived, I am looking to get Metazine restarted.  I need people to wrte articles for me and I will edit/publish them.  I am very busy with work on my new company.  You can create articles about the game, the people, do interviews with players or people that may make an influence on this game, or just about anything else that could be put in this ezine.  With a loss of players, it is hard to get good news.

Mike keeps on doing it.  Recently, there have been 2 build updates.  I haven't had a chance to sit down and talk with Mike about them but this is what was posted in the changelog:

o Made some major changes to the computer opponent. The AI can now look ahead any number of moves. The AI's a bit slow on higher depths, however.

o Apologizes for the lack of updates, this was not a good year for me.

o The 429 ActiveX can't create object bug has finally been FIXED!
